Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic preventative approach to food safety that focuses on biological, chemical, and physical hazards in manufacturing processes that can lead to unsafe finished products. The HACCP system can be used at any stage of the food preparation chain, from food production and preparation to packaging, distribution.

AWPCS

The AWPCS is a certification scheme that ensures wood packaging material produced in Australia meets the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures Publication No. 15 (ISPM15) standard for exports. ISPM15 is the guideline for regulating wood packaging in international trade. It is first international commodity-based standard, and it establishes criteria for regulating the use of wood packaging material used in international trade.
